I've reviewed the proposal.

The design section looks good overall, but the budget estimate doesn't seem to align with the Q3 plan. Specifically, the infrastructure costs on p.12 and outsourcing fees on p.15 may exceed the allocated budget.

Also, the client deadline is next Friday, but we'll need pre-approval from finance. Once Sarah's design revision is ready, I'll do the final review.

Additionally, the competitive analysis section that Director Lee flagged in our last meeting needs to be updated with the latest market data...

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my email content safe?

Yes. Email content is sent directly from your browser to the AI API for real-time analysis. We do not store email content on our servers. Data is not retained after processing.

What happens after the free trial?

After the 3-day trial, you'll automatically switch to the Free plan (10 analyses + 3 replies/day). No credit card is required, so you won't be charged unexpectedly.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Click "Manage Plan" in the extension popup to access the Stripe portal where you can cancel anytime. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

How does send scheduling work?

When composing an email, set a specific date and time for delivery. At the scheduled time, the email is sent automatically via Gmail API. Quick presets (1 hour, tomorrow AM, etc.) are available. You can manage or cancel scheduled emails from the dashboard.

How does open tracking work? What about privacy?

A 1-pixel transparent image is embedded in sent emails. When a recipient opens the email and loads images, the open is detected. We do not collect recipient IP addresses. Note that opens may not be detected if the recipient's email client blocks image loading.

Is the Free plan enough?

Yes. The Free plan includes 10 AI analyses and 3 reply generations per day, plus unlimited thread visualization, missing attachment detection, and action extraction. Start with Free and upgrade to Pro when you need more.

Will AI automatically send emails on my behalf?

No. AI reply generation only suggests text — sending always requires your explicit confirmation. Send scheduling only works when you explicitly set a date and time.

Which browsers are supported?

Google Chrome (desktop) is officially supported. It also works on Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, etc.), but official support is Chrome only.

Does it work with Google Workspace?

Yes. It works with both personal Gmail accounts and Google Workspace (business) accounts.
